New Aircraft PhotoThis is a recreation of a photo I took in 1971 when I was in the US Air Force pilot training program. The aircraft are T-38 Talons and I learned to fly in one of them. The original photo was taken with an Instamatic almost 50 years ago so you can probably guess it's condition now. I decided to recreate the photo when I found a deactivated T-38 suspended in the air on a post at the Gallop, NM airport. I was able to photograph it at the correct angle to remake the photo. I combined the Gallop photo with parts of the original 1971 photo and a sky photo I took about 10 years ago. I also drew parts of the photo by hand on the computer. If you have an old photo you would like refreshed or recreated, please let me know. I will gladly look at the photo and let you know if I can repair or remake the shot for you. Just scan your original photo and email it to me at [email protected]. Give me a brief description of what you would like done and I'll let you know if I can do it. Also, if you have a nice photo that you would like enhanced and printed on canvas or metal I'll be happy to look at your project and
Please enjoy the T-38 photo. If you would like to purchase a copy, please go to the "Planes, Trains and Automobiles" gallery on my website. Comments |
