For the train lover, there is a new photo that would make a great present called "Steaming into the Present". This photograph is of the Durango-Silverton Train being pulled by engine 476 over the Animas River. The engine was on its first run in 20 years so it was traveling from the past into the present with this run. To signify this special event, I started the photo in black and white on the left and faded it into color on the right. The run occurred on Feb 18, 2018 and the train ride was great fun. A second train photo on my website is "Locomotive Waking-up" and is engine 476 the night before its first run. Check it out …. the lighting and steam provided a specular image of the locomotive.
